21st Century Cultural Arts Development is proud to once again gather talents from various countries to perform in the field of Band, to be held from 24th to 28th November 2008 at First World Hotel Convention Centre, West Malaysia.
For the past 6 years, 21CCAD has been vigorously promoting and encouraging cultural exchange through organising music festivals and international competitions.
With 21st Century International Band Festival 2008, we hope to inculcate in our youths, an enthusiasm for understanding and appreciating music by coming together on this international event to showcase each of their own talents.
