| Details: | Mark Anthony A. Carpio is the choirmaster of the world-renowned Philippine Madrigal Singers. He is currently a lecturer at the Conducting Choral Ensemble Department at the University of the Philippines Colleage of Music in Diliman.
Under Mr. Carpio's leadership, the Philippine Madrigal Singers has continued the tradition of embarking on successful concert tours in the United States & Canada (2002), Thailand (2003), and Korea (2004). That same year, they bagged the first prize awards in the Habanera and Polyphonic categories in Certamenes Internacional Habaneras y Polifonia held in Torrevieja, Spain. Concert tours in 2005 include those to Thailand and the United States of America. |
